Japanese Winter Garden
Task
Create a single frame render of a Japanese Garden
Inspiration and origin
My good friend and colleague Steven Less decided to challenge me to a friendly competition to make the best Japanese garden render with the goal of finishing it within 1 week.
After receiving this challenge, I went to look for inspiration and found it on the japanko_official Instagram page. This Instagram account mainly posts about spots for tourists to visit however they have some great promotional images which I used as inspiration for this challenge.

Following a tutorial made by Quixel I was able to procedurally generate snow for the top of the rocks no matter the rotation or scale of the object.
